In news that will not really come as a shock, yet another artist has postponed tour dates due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Tones and I, who was scheduled to start touring in May, released a statement on Facebook outlining the postponement.
Tones And I – real name Toni Watson – said in her post it was with “deep regret” that she had to postpone the tour to September.
But it’s not all bad news for Watson’s fans; the updated tour now includes an Adelaide stop and a performance at an upgraded Hobart venue.
“My team and I have been working tirelessly to look at all options available to us during this uncertain time, but due to government lockdown and for the safety of the general public, we’ve made the tough decision to move the dates,” Watson said.
Refunds are available for those who can’t make the new dates, while all current tickets already sold are valid for the new shows.
