Metallica are set to perform at the Grammy Awards next month.
The first round of performers announced for the event are Metallica, John Legend and Carrie Underwood.
The 59th Annual Grammy Awards will take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and will broadcast on the CBS Television Network, Sunday February 12 at 8pm.
