Diana Ross Breaks Hiatus With Album Announcement

Diana Ross

Former Supremes singer Diana Ross is set to release her first album in 15 years in September.

The album, titled Thank You, will mark the first new music from the Endless Love singer since 2006’s I Love You.

Upon announcing her upcoming 13-track album, Ross said this release was a dedication to her loyal fanbase.

“This collection of songs is my gift to you with appreciation and love,” she said.

“I am eternally grateful that I had the opportunity to record this glorious music at this time.

“I dedicate this songbook of love to all of you, the listeners. As you hear my voice, you hear my heart.”

Ross teased that long-time fans can expect to hear an up-beat change in her new music as opposed to the blues music you would expect from this artist.

The singer said she wanted to create songs from where she currently is in her life because she feels grateful and appreciative for those who have continued to listen to her art.

The album will be released on September 10 via Decca label.

The 13 tracks set to be released on Thank You are:

  1. Thank You
  2. If the World Just Danced
  3. All is Well
  4. In your Heart
  5. Just in Case
  6. The Answer’s Always Love
  7. Let’s Do It
  8. I Still Believe
  9. Count on Me
  10. Tomorrow
  11. Beautiful Love
  12. Time to Call
  13. Come Together
