Savage Garden's Darren Hayes Announces Australian Tour

After more than a decade, Savage Garden’s Darren Hayes has announced an Australian tour slated to begin in 2023 between January and February, with six shows advertised so far.

The Do You Remember tour is set to commemorate 25 years since Hayes was launched into stardom as one half of the pop duo Savage Garden.

The tour is also set to celebrate Hayes’ long awaited return to music with Do You Remember also serving as the title of his forthcoming album.

Hayes is expected to perform both new and old music, with his upcoming album reportedly due sometime in 2022.

Hayes spoke about his excitement in an official statement:

“After almost a decade out of the spotlight and all this time in lockdown, I found myself really missing the electric feeling that only a live audience can bring,” he said.

“After 25 years in the music industry, I feel like we’ve grown up together. To sing these songs again, after all we’ve been through, is going to feel like a family reunion.”

Tickets for all six shows go on sale this Thursday and are available on the TEG Dainty Website.
