The Terminator Will Be Back In November

The Terminator: Dark Fate

One of the most iconic characters seen on the silver screen is back

Arnold Schwarzenegger is returning for the sixth time to play the Terminator in Terminator: Dark Fate, set to be released in November this year.

Schwarzenegger shared with us the first-look at his character in the upcoming instalment on Twitter, simply captioning it, “I’m back. November 1”.

The sixth film is a direct sequel to The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgement Day, ignoring the other three films and The Sarah Connor Chronicles television series.

Linda Hamilton, who played Sarah Connor, is returning to the role for the first time since 1991. Renowned creator James Cameron is also working on the project as producer and co-writer since directing the first two films in the series. The movie will be directed by Tim Miller, who recently had success with R-rated superhero smash hit Deadpool.

Schwarzenegger and Hamilton reunited at CinemaCon last week where exclusive footage from the Dark Fate was presented.

Jude Collie will play John Connor. Collie will be the body double for the young protagonist with CGI being applied to achieve the facial look of Edward Furlong, the original John from the first two films.

The film is also set to debut new characters to the series. Mackenzie Davis, Gabriel Luna, Natalia Reyes, and Diego Boneta are listed to star in the film alongside Hamilton and Schwarzenegger.
