Robert Hardy Passes Away At Age 91

Robert Hardy

Many from our generation will remember him as the weak at heart minister for magic, Cornelius Fudge in the magical world of Harry Potter, but within the acting industry, he was one of the finest portraying the likes of Churchill.

Unfortunately on August 3, Robert Hardy passed away at the age of 91.

Remembered as a meticulous linguist who was a lover of fine art, music and literature, Hardy was one of the finest actors to come from Britain, first coming into fame through his portrayal of Siegfried Farnon on All Creatures Great and Small.

Potterheads all around the world are in mourning, Rowling stating how much of a privilege it was to have been able to work with such an amazing actor and man.

While Fudge was hardly a desirable character, Hardy will forever be in every Harry Potter fans heart.
